1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of VoicyBooks (voicybooks.com), operated by delio24. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

VoicyBooks is an AI-powered audiobook generation platform that converts uploaded book files into narrated audio using advanced neural TTS models. Features include:

• Book text extraction (OCR) via AI
• Text-to-speech generation with 30 voices in 78 languages
• Audio enhancement with direction tags
• Audiobook download in WAV, MP3, FLAC, and M4B (Apple Books)
• Library storage and management
• MCP server for AI agent integration (ChatGPT Apps SDK / OpenAI compatible)

3. Account Registration

You may use the Service as a guest (anonymous, limited previews) or register via Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication). You must be 18+ or have parental consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not: upload illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, use the Service for spam/malware, violate copyright laws, or exceed rate limits.

5. Intellectual Property

• The VoicyBooks platform, code, and AI models are owned by delio24.
• You retain ownership of uploaded book content.
• Generated audiobooks are licensed to you for personal use.
• You grant VoicyBooks a limited license to process your content to provide the Service.

6. DMCA / Copyright Takedown

To report copyright infringement, contact support@delio24.com with: identification of copyrighted work, identification of infringing material, your contact information, and a good-faith statement.

7. Payment Terms

• Pricing is calculated per book based on word count, mode, and optional add-ons.
• Payment is processed via Stripe.
• Prices are displayed before payment confirmation.
• All prices are in USD.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party services, each with its own terms and privacy policies:

• Google — Firebase Authentication (user sign-in), Cloud Storage (file hosting)
• Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, Turnstile bot detection
• Stripe — payment processing
• OpenAI — ChatGPT Apps SDK compatibility layer (MCP protocol)

10. AI-Generated Content

VoicyBooks uses AI models for text extraction (OCR), text-to-speech (TTS), text enhancement, translation, and image generation. AI-generated content may contain errors. Voice previews are provided before purchase to help you evaluate quality.

11. Service Availability

VoicyBooks aims for high availability but provides no uptime guarantee. The Service may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, delio24 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify delio24 against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

16. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Data retention follows the Privacy Notice.

17. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms supersede prior agreements.
• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
• Updates: Terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance.
